By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any policies referenced herein (including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Information, and Refund & Returns Policy). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

3. Eligibility & Account

• You must be at least 18 years old or have consent from a parent/guardian.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

4. Product Info & Authenticity

• All items undergo a multi‑point authentication process covering labels, construction, materials, and season codes. Listings include close‑up photos and measurements (waist, rise, inseam, leg opening).
• Color display may vary by device; minor variances may occur between photos and in‑hand viewing.
• Condition grading:
  • New/NWT: New with tags, unworn.
  • New/No Tags: New, tags removed.
  • Pre‑owned: Light to moderate wear noted; any flaws are disclosed.
• Sizing can vary across Supreme seasons and silhouettes (mesh vs. basketball vs. denim). Use the measurements on each product page to choose your fit.

5. Pricing, Taxes & Payments

• Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice prior to order acceptance.
• Applicable sales taxes and shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination.
• We accept major cards and PayPal as displayed at checkout. By submitting a payment, you represent you are authorized to use the chosen method.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing or availability errors, or suspected fraud.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders typically dispatch within 1–3 business days after payment verification. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout.
• Free standard US shipping applies to orders over $150 after discounts and before tax (terms may vary during promotions).
• Risk of loss transfers upon carrier’s acceptance. Please inspect packages upon receipt and notify us of shipping damage within 48 hours.
• International customers are responsible for any duties, customs, or import fees.

7. Returns & Refunds

Our Refund & Returns Policy applies to all orders. In general:

• Initiate return requests within the window specified on our Refund & Returns page.
• Items must be in the same condition received, with tags (if applicable). Worn, washed, or altered items may be denied.
• If an item materially differs from its listing, contact us with photos and your order ID for review and resolution.

8. Promotions, Gift Cards & Credits

• Promotional offers are time‑limited and subject to terms on the promo page. Discounts are not combinable unless stated.
• Gift cards and store credits are non‑refundable and not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

9. Pre‑Orders & Backorders

• Pre‑order and backorder ETAs are estimates and may shift due to supplier or carrier factors. We’ll notify you of material changes.
• Partial shipments may be used at our discretion.

10. Acceptable Use & Conduct

• Do not use the Site for unlawful activity, to harass others, or to attempt to interfere with security or operations.
• Automated scraping, data mining, or bulk downloading without written permission is prohibited.

11. Intellectual Property & Brand Disclaimer

• All Site content (text, graphics, images, logos, and code) is owned by or licensed to Supreme Shorts and protected by applicable laws.
• Supreme is a trademark of its respective owner. Supreme Shorts is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official retailer of Supreme. Any brand names are used solely to describe items for sale.

12. Reviews & User Content

• By posting reviews, photos, or other content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the Site and marketing.
• We may moderate or remove content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, or violates these Terms.

13. Errors, Availability & Cancellations

• Occasionally product descriptions, pricing, or availability may contain errors. We reserve the right to correct such errors and to cancel orders affected by them prior to shipment.
• If we cancel your order, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
