Overview
We want you to love your Supreme shorts. If something isn’t right, our returns process is straightforward. Please review the details below before sending anything back to ensure your return is processed quickly.
- US and international returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags and accessories.
- Prepaid labels available for US returns (flat $7 deducted). Free labels for issues caused by us.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
Return Window & Eligibility
Timeframe
- United States: 30 days from delivery date.
- International: 30 days from delivery date.
Condition Requirements
- Unworn, unwashed, unaltered, no odors or stains, and no signs of wear.
- All original tags, labels, and accessories included (drawstrings, belt, extra buttons, dust bags, and brand packaging where applicable).
- Authentication or inventory tags (if attached) must remain intact.
Inspection
All returns undergo visual and UV label checks, stitching comparison, and material review to confirm the item and condition match your order. We’ll notify you if there’s any issue that affects eligibility or refund amount.
Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale or clearance items (marked on product page or cart).
- Underwear, socks, or intimates (for hygiene).
- Gift cards and store credit.
- Items not in original condition or missing tags/accessories.
- Customized or altered items after delivery.
- “Mystery” or surprise bundles (if offered), unless sealed and unopened.
How to Start a Return
- Locate your Order ID and the email used at checkout.
- Visit the Returns Portal or email [email protected].
- Choose your reason for return and upload photos if there’s damage, defect, or a mis-ship.
- Receive your RMA and instructions. For US customers, you can generate a prepaid label.
- Pack the item securely and ship within 7 days of RMA approval.
Returns without an RMA may be delayed. Please do not ship to any address not listed below.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to place a new order for the item you want and return the original for a refund.
- Direct size-for-size exchange on the same SKU may be available. Contact support to check inventory.
- Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.
- Exchange items follow the same condition requirements as returns.
Refunds & Processing
- Inspection time after delivery to our facility: typically 2–3 business days.
- Refund initiation: within 3–5 business days after inspection passes.
- Bank posting time: 3–10 business days depending on your provider.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error with your order.
- Partially used gift cards are refunded back to the same code; remaining balance stays available.
Return Shipping Costs
United States
- Prepaid label available: flat $7 deducted from refund.
- Free return label for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- Use your own carrier if you prefer; please provide tracking.
International
- Customers are responsible for return shipping and any customs paperwork.
- Mark package as “Return – Merchandise” to avoid inbound duties.
- Duties/taxes paid to your local authority are non-refundable by us. Contact your customs office about possible reclaim.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and the shipping label.
- We’ll prioritize a replacement if available or offer a full refund.
- Free prepaid return label provided where a return is requested.
- Keep all packaging until your claim is resolved.
Authenticity Guarantee
We authenticate every pair we list. If any item is proven inauthentic by our review, you will receive a full refund and a prepaid label. Our audit trail includes label, material, and construction checks.
International Returns
- Return within 30 days of delivery.
- Use a tracked service and keep your receipt.
- Mark returns clearly as “Return – Merchandise.”
- We are not responsible for returns lost in transit without proof of delivery.
Cancellations & Price Adjustments
Order Cancellation
- Request a cancellation within 30 minutes of placing the order from your confirmation email or by contacting support.
- After shipment, please submit a return instead.
Price Adjustments
- One price adjustment per item if the price drops within 7 days of your purchase.
- Not valid on final sale, limited releases, or temporary promotions.
Holiday Extended Returns
Orders placed November 1 – December 31 qualify for returns until January 15, provided all other conditions are met.
Packaging Guidelines
- Fold items neatly; place in a clean polybag if available.
- Include all accessories, tags, and the packing slip or RMA page.
- Use a sturdy box or padded mailer; avoid over-compression that may crease prints or patches.
- Seal the package securely and attach the label on a flat surface.
