How we ship

We process and ship orders Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays. Most orders leave our New York facility within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive an email with tracking once your label is created.

Order Processing

  • Orders placed by 12 PM EST are often processed the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 12 PM EST, weekends, or holidays process next business day.
  • High-demand drops may require an extra 1 business day.
  • We do not ship on US federal holidays.

Address Changes & Cancellations

We can modify or cancel orders that haven’t shipped yet. Reach out asap with your order ID via Contact.

Tracking & Delivery

  • You’ll receive tracking via email once your label is created.
  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
  • Signature may be required for higher-value orders at our discretion.
  • Missed delivery? Carriers typically attempt redelivery or hold for pickup.
Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate the package, contact support within 7 days. We’ll assist with a carrier trace and resolution per policy.

International Shipping, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees assessed by your local customs office. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

  • We ship DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) by default.
  • Customs may cause delays beyond our delivery estimates.
  • Please provide a full legal name, phone, and accurate address to avoid customs holds.

Restrictions

  • We cannot ship to embargoed or restricted destinations.
  • PO Boxes: available with USPS services only.
  • APO/FPO/DPO: supported via USPS when eligible.

When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive tracking via email when your label is created.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes—free standard US shipping on orders over $150 (after discounts, before taxes). Rates for other services and countries are shown at checkout.
Can I change my address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t shipped, we can help update the address. Contact support immediately with your order ID.
Which carriers do you use?
We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx for US orders and DHL Express or local postal partners for international shipments.
Why is my tracking not updating?
Tracking can take up to 24 hours to refresh after the label is created or during carrier handoffs. If no movement appears after 48 hours, contact support.
Will I pay customs fees?
International shipments may incur duties/taxes collected by your local customs office. These are not included in our prices unless specified at checkout.
What happens if a package is lost?
Report a missing package within 7 days of the last scan or expected delivery date. We’ll open a carrier investigation and assist with next steps per our policy.
